Polygon’s New Water Sales Centre and Apartments

We’re excited to share our design for the New Water Apartments in South Vancouver, now that Polygon’s New Water Sales Centre at 8688 Kerr Street launched into sales on May 28th following the official opening day of the River District Experience Centre.

New Water will be the first apartment residences in the redevelopment of the River District Vancouver neighbourhood of Pier Point. Nestled on the Fraser River, this new mixed use neighbourhood is poised to be a landmark and one of the most desirable places to live in Vancouver. Once complete, 15,000 new residents are expected to join the community. We are very proud to be working with Polygon to develop the premier buildings.

Showcasing the architectural language and spirit of the former industry of the waterfront site, a folded metal channel, or shroud, boldly announces the entry portal of the sales centre, which will serve as entry to the apartments once complete. Timber framing with robust connections are also paramount to the architectural language of the sales centre and apartments in homage to the rich lumber industry on the Fraser Waterfront.
