CLIENT Regency Toyota
This large (19 bay), service facility for an established Toyota dealership, provides an upscale experience for clients and staff. Located on a floodplain within the False Creek Flats, the site was challenged by soil and groundwater conditions, and required an innovative solution that responded to these factors.
The goal of this project was to support efficient and excellent customer service and experience, and to streamline the flow of vehicles from drop-off through to pick-up. As a result, the architecture of the project is focussed on well-appointed, open and inviting customer spaces, and clearly delineated service areas, all which respect Toyota's corporate design standards.
