It’s as simple as this. Sustainability has always been and will always be a hallmark of our core values. At Shift Architecture, we make going green more attainable.

We begin early, by maximizing a building’s orientation right through to materials selection, final delivery and occupancy.

We support local, advocating the use of regional materials and fabrication whenever possible. Thoughtful, passive strategies are offered with environmental footprint of materials and means considered carefully. Our unique “painting with parts” approach considers pre-manufacturing of elements for further environmental efficiencies.

We test the viability of sustainable strategies and apply building information modeling for rigorous technical analysis, as appropriate. Shift is LEED (Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design) accredited with recent experience delivering projects to the highest Living Building Challenge standards.

At Shift we’re equipped to offer highly technical sustainable design tactics and the simplest green building strategies. We’ve proven that it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to do the right thing.
