The Gordon Avenue Professional Centre is a 22 000 sq. ft non-combustible medical dental building developed by a group of medical professionals as the new technologically advanced home for their diagnostic imaging centre. In addition to the 8,000 sq ft diagnostic centre with an innovative layout for a future MRI installation, nine-units of strata office spaces were included in this development. The building elevations blend aluminum storefront with composite aluminum and corrugated metal panels, exposed architectural concrete and painted steel canopies to achieve an organized, polished facade.
