This iconic Class-A commercial tower replaces a dated medical/dental building previously on site facing the historic Vancouver Hotel. The modern approach to the new building’s detailing includes limestone cladding and terra cotta detailing (a nod to the previous building) plus a signature “chateau” gap, to celebrate the site in a contemporary manner within the city’s historic urban precinct. Fittingly for a world class building, the views have also been maximized and are spectacular.
