Drawing upon the proportions and design references of The Greenborough, Larkin House West was conceptualized to provide a highly livable and well-crafted solution for the Windsor Gate development. Carefully detailed brick bays and piers are balanced by horizontally accented paneled siding throughout. The entry to the complex, an inviting human-scaled archway, provides an attractive and memorable focal point for this 67-unit residential community.
