This extensive renovation and addition to Prospera Credit Union’s existing premises refreshed both the corporate image and function of the growing financial institution. To meet the owner’s objectives, the existing building was expanded and interiors renovated to provide a more pleasing client experience. Modern materials including aluminum, masonry block and glass contrast with the warmth of wood to offer a contemporary yet inviting expression. Natural light is brought into the central banking hall via high level clerestory windows, while a striking illuminated tower was added to enhance Prospera’s unique place in the neighbourhood.
