This stylish resort in an original gold mining town was once home to Olympians Nancy Green and Karen Lee-Gardner. Our initial scope included computer modeling for existing and historic buildings. This study led to envisioning the evolution of the ski/resort area’s base master plan, including renovation and addition to the day lodge, base hotel, ski-in ski-out opportunities, plus master planning of Caldera, a “cabin in-the-woods” development and a series of kit-built chalets.
