As the first building within the Windsor Gate community, the Greenborough sets the architectural standard for future structures within the neighbourhood and becomes a flagship by design and its prominent location. Subtle references to the early work of architect Frank Lloyd Wright are employed in a thoughtful manner to inform the building elevations. Throughout the project, well proportioned and finely detailed brick bays are balanced by horizontally accented paneled siding to present a cohesive, historically appropriate design solution.
