The Montage was conceived to complement and complete Polygon’s Beta Street development in Burnaby. Taking inspiration from existing buildings within the planned community, Montage presents a distinct façade with an appropriate street-side personality. Set upon a single storey parking garage, Montage is sited to offer a large private south facing courtyard and a small public amenity park to the north, through which visitors enter the building. Detailed to enhance the existing buildings on site, Montage combines honed brick with panel and composite siding to provide a contemporary face to the community.
