Situated on the lower slopes of Westwood Plateau, Tantalus House maximizes a narrow and challenging site. Two separate buildings of 48 units each were developed to reduce the length of building facades while enhancing access to natural light for the greatest number of units. With building details designed to emulate the existing built environment, the Tantalus takes its cues from previous architecture within the Silver Springs development and successfully completes this planned community.
