Over 1500 units of housing were to be marketed through this high profile sales centre for Polygon’s Windsor Gate master planned community. As a reflection of the design intention for the overall development, the sales centre took cues from legacy works of architecture by Frank Lloyd Wright. Quality exterior finishes, large overhanging roofs and inviting grounds masterfully place the sales centre within the existing landscape while forecasting the style of future projects planned for the site.
